Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your main duty is leading a team of five supply planners distributed across multiple locations, guiding their growth, and ensuring high performance.
You will take ownership of the supply plan for over 700 products, managing product flows, inventory, and ensuring on-time supply to meet customer needs.
Facilitation of monthly supply reviews and active participation in business planning meetings are a central part of your workload.
Building collaborative relationships with internal teams—such as sales, marketing, and logistics—will be key to success in this role.
You’ll continuously seek ways to improve systems and processes, using tools like FuturMaster and Power BI to enhance efficiency.
