Daily Responsibilities and Job Overview
As Programmes Officer, you will onboard student cohorts and manage both Pathways Online and Access Apprenticeships initiatives, supporting those interested in sectors such as Law, Banking & Finance, and Engineering.
You will organise and deliver engaging online and in-person events, guide students through the programme, coordinate logistics, and provide ongoing support via email, phone, and helpdesks.
Key tasks include updating CRM records, managing travel bookings, creating digital content, and liaising with universities and employers for smooth programme delivery.
Your analytical skills will be crucial for monitoring student data, generating insights, and ensuring that participation continues to increase.
Administrative support and safeguarding remain core duties, and there are opportunities for this role to expand as the organisation grows.
